Spiritual Care Computer Assessment Program

Living Water's Spiritual Assessment Program or SAP is a basic spiritual assessment intended for use in medical centers, outpatient clinics, churches and counseling offices. The program can be accessed by clicking spiritual assessment here or above under Products. The assessment that can be accessed through this Web Page is available to anyone provided they do not copy, reproduce, market with the intent to profit from or resale any material developed by Living Water Software. The demonstration software does not provide database capability. The full power and capability of Living Water's SAP is available in the database version by purchasing a licensed copy of the software. Click print assessment to obtain a hard or print copy of the assessment. A hard copy of Living Water's Spiritual Injury Scale (SIS) is available by clicking  print SIS. Print copies of both the assessment and the SIS  are PDF files and require Adobe's Reader to access and print these assessment instruments. Adobe's Reader is free software.
